Chef/Owner Tristan Toleno brings
traditions and values to the Riverview Café to provide a
total dining experience that is uniquely Vermont. Raised in Marlboro,
Vermont, he graduated from Wesleyan University and New England Culinary
Institute, honing his skills in fine-dining restaurants in New York
City. At the River View Café, he uses these skills and techniques,
along with careful choices of food sources and ingredients, to provide
